A Message from Course Creator

I am Surendra Kulshrestha, a former defense personnel leading a team with extensive experience in government, corporate, consulting, and educational sectors.My mission is to share the valuable lessons and insights I’ve gained throughout my journey with as many people as possible. Through this course, I aim to help you achieve renewed confidence and financial independence.

This mission is deeply personal to me. By sharing my life story, I hope to inspire and equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to build a successful career as a business consultant.

My Journey

I am grateful to have had numerous opportunities in both my professional and personal life. Professionally, I have worked with the government, corporate, private, and public sectors. With a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and interests in homeopathy and wellness, I have gained diverse experiences that have enabled me to establish and grow my own successful business, including selling multiple franchises.

However, this journey was not without its challenges. Balancing work and personal life is difficult, especially when results do not match the effort invested. The feeling of loneliness and uncertainty is common among entrepreneurs. The COVID-19 pandemic has further exacerbated these challenges, causing widespread uncertainty and anxiety.

If these experiences resonate with you, know that you are not alone. I, too, faced these challenges. Despite my knowledge and experience, I struggled to transition into consultancy, often doubting my capabilities.

A Turning Point

My perception changed when a major consulting firm sought my help with a project for a struggling shipping company. My expertise in mechanical engineering helped revive the company, and this  success shattered my self-imposed barriers. Encouraged by this experience, I decided to fully embrace consultancy.

The initial phase was tough, but reaching out to industry experts, coaches, and mentors transformed my approach. Their guidance helped me transition from trial and error to strategic success.

With the knowledge and strategies I gained from my mentors, I established a thriving business with a global clientele, a dedicated team, and robust systems. Today, I enjoy a balanced lifestyle, spending quality time with loved ones and experiencing true success.
